We're looking for:
a talented and versatile individual, strong on communication and with an interest in interior design, design and architecture, to start with us immediately or on an agreed date, who will be responsible for handling our Italian-, German-, and English-speaking trade clients. The role is a full-time one, based in our Zurich office with the rest of our young and vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is interested in joining us long-term.
Architonic's 'Virtual Showroom' offers design-oriented specialist retailers the possibility of presenting their product offerings on their own website and in the form of an App in the best possible way, and of adding value to them through online-marketing opportunities.
Duties:
• Looking after and advising our specialist retailers and agents from the furniture industry's premium segment, as well as their web agencies, in the context of diverse projects and services
• Individual handling of new clients: introducing them to Architonic's services
• Individual handling of existing clients: ensuring and continually growing customer satisfaction
• Creating client-specific products and services with the aid of various content management systems; graphic adjustments; coordinating implementation; phone tutorials
Skills and qualities:
• An affinity to the architecture and design scenes, ideally with a relevant qualification but not a requirement
• Very good Italian, German and English; professional approach; experienced in phone and written communication
• An interest in online marketing and communication; open to working with content management systems and technical detail
• Very client-oriented, with a feel for different needs; appropriate and proactive handling of individual clients
• An enjoyment of working in a team and of creative problem-solving, as well as the ability to work on one's own
• Modus operandi: independent, organised, efficient, exact, engaged and ability to think for oneself
• Mac-conversant; an eye for graphic design; experience of using Photoshop and Office programmes
